The HLN-006B1 Condensing Exhaust Heat Recovery Air Handling Unit (AHU) is engineered for low-maintenance operation with precise control of airflow and heat recovery rates. It delivers a continuous supply of fresh, pre-conditioned air while maintaining strict indoor air quality standards, making it an ideal sustainable ventilation solution for commercial and industrial applications.
Its intelligent control system enables precise adjustment of airflows and heat recovery rates, adapting seamlessly to varying environmental conditions. With a robust build and minimal maintenance requirements, the Holtop unit ensures long-term reliability and exceptional performance.
Compared with conventional chilled water systems, the evaporation temperature of the ventilator is 8–10 °C higher. There is no need for secondary heat exchange of chilled water to transfer cooling capacity, and the refrigeration energy efficiency ratio is increased by more than 30%.
Built with premium components and robust construction to ensure dependable, long-term performance in demanding ventilation environments.
The heat recovery efficiency exceeds 92%. Indoor exhaust air with low temperature and low humidity is used as the cooling air for the evaporative condenser, utilizing both the sensible heat (temperature difference) and latent heat (humidity difference) of the indoor exhaust. This condensation effect is significantly better than directly using outdoor air as cooling air, avoiding the energy loss caused by air conversion ventilation.
Similarly, during heating operation, the high-temperature and high-humidity air discharged from the room serves as the heat exchange source on the evaporator side. Compared with traditional central air conditioning systems, fresh air load energy consumption is reduced by approximately 50%. The sensible heat exchange type (optional) offers even higher efficiency.
The equipment directly processes fresh air introduced from outside and discharges indoor polluted air caused by human activities and building materials to the outdoors. The fresh air and exhaust are independent channels. Air-isolation heat exchange not only meets control and regulation requirements but also ensures the absolute freshness of the air, fundamentally eliminating cross-contamination.
The unit can also be equipped with ozone disinfection, ultraviolet sterilization, and high-voltage electrostatic dust removal, making it suitable for hospitals and other facilities with stringent air quality requirements.
During the transition season, fresh air is used to bear the indoor load, and only the supply and exhaust fans operate to realize automatic ventilation without starting the compressor. No independent ventilation system is required, making the energy-saving effect more pronounced. When temperature meets design requirements but humidity does not, only fresh air treatment is needed without starting the air conditioning host system.
The equipment features an integrated structure without an outdoor unit, cooling tower, or high-power cooling water pump. The power distribution of the fan and water pump significantly reduces initial project investment and delivers higher efficiency. The evaporative condensing unit adopts tubular evaporative condensing technology, fully utilizing the evaporation of the water film on the fin surface to achieve cooling and condensation of the working medium through mass transfer and heat transfer.
Compared with conventional chilled water systems, the evaporation temperature of the ventilator is 8–10 °C higher. There is no need for secondary heat exchange of chilled water to transfer cooling capacity, and the refrigeration energy efficiency ratio is increased by more than 30%.
The unit is equipped with a full Chinese LCD interface and a microcomputer intelligent controller, offering advanced control, complete functions, and a high degree of electromechanical integration. It supports unit start/stop program management, timing control, full-function fault alarms, and fault self-diagnosis.
The controller features comprehensive automatic control functions and strong anti-interference capability, with multiple protections including phase loss, phase sequence imbalance, three-phase imbalance, compressor overload, fan overload, start-up delay, and abnormal exhaust pressure.
