Holtop's Ultra-Low Energy Fresh Air System Illuminates Jiading Future City 2025-12-23 Holtop’s ERV Systems Power Shanghai’s Pioneering Near-Zero Carbon Community In the Jiading New City of Shanghai, the "Jiading Future City" project, jointly developed by Vanke and China Construction Ninth Division, is setting a new benchmark for green, low-carbon construction. By integrating over 20 cutting-edge technologies—including Holtop's high-efficiency energy recovery ventilation (ERV) systems, photovoltaic roofs, and direct current (DC) power systems—the project reduces the community's overall carbon emission intensity by approximately 32%. Upon completion, it will stand as Shanghai's first district-wide low-carbon, partially near-zero-carbon community.
