Product Details
High standard configuration ensures reliable operation and long-term performance stability.
Total Heat Recovery Core: Patented technology delivers high efficiency energy savings with heat recovery efficiency exceeding 92%. The system utilizes both sensible heat (temperature difference) and latent heat (humidity difference) from indoor exhaust as cooling air for the evaporative condenser. This provides superior condensation effects compared to using outdoor air directly, avoiding energy loss from air conversion ventilation. During heating mode, high-temperature, high-humidity exhaust air serves as the heat exchange source on the evaporator side. Compared to traditional central air conditioning systems, fresh air load energy consumption is reduced by approximately 50%.
Fresh Air Conditioning & Indoor Air Quality Controls: The equipment directly processes fresh air from outside while expelling indoor polluted air caused by human activities and building materials. The separate fresh air and exhaust channels ensure absolute air freshness and eliminate cross-contamination. Optional ozone disinfection, ultraviolet sterilization, and high-voltage electrostatic dust removal make this system ideal for hospitals and other environments with high air quality requirements.
No Extra Independent Ventilation System Required: During transition seasons, fresh air handles indoor loads with only supply and exhaust fans operating, providing automatic ventilation without compressor activation. This eliminates the need for separate ventilation systems, resulting in significant energy savings. When temperature requirements are met but humidity control is needed, only fresh air treatment is required without activating the main air conditioning system.
No Extra Cooling Tower and Outdoor Units: The integrated design eliminates the need for outdoor units, cooling towers, and high-power cooling water pumps. This significantly reduces initial project investment while maintaining higher efficiency. The evaporative condensing unit utilizes tubular evaporative condensing technology, maximizing water film evaporation on fin surfaces to achieve effective cooling and condensation through mass and heat transfer.
Cooling System Under Independent Fresh Air Condition: Compared to conventional chilled water systems, the ventilator operates at 8-10°C higher evaporation temperatures and eliminates secondary heat exchange requirements, increasing refrigeration energy efficiency ratio by over 30%.
