In the Jiading New City of Shanghai, the "Jiading Future City" project, jointly developed by Vanke and China Construction Ninth Division, is setting a new benchmark for green, low-carbon construction. This two-stage energy recovery system captures exhaust energy with maximum efficiency, drastically reducing the system's overall energy demand and allowing for downsized heating/cooling sources—reducing both initial equipment costs and spatial footprint, which is critical for the project's full lifecycle low-carbon operation.
