The vortex module-type air-cooled chilled water (heat pump) unit is designed to serve as cooling and heating source in semi-centralized systems. This advanced modular technology utilizes air as the cooling and heating medium, functioning as integrated central air conditioning equipment that serves as both cooling/heating source and combined unit.
System Integration
Designed to work with fan coil units, cabinet-type, ceiling-mounted air handling units, and fresh air units to form efficient semi-centralized air conditioning systems.

  • Modular Combination & Hierarchical Startup: Flexible modular design without main/secondary machine distinction. Supports up to 16 units per group with hierarchical startup to reduce current impact on power grids.
  • Intelligent Defrosting: Multi-variable detection for precise frost determination and optimal defrost timing. Dual-system design enables interval defrosting with manual override for harsh conditions.
  • Flexible Application: Easy unit expansion suitable for phased investment. Compact size allows independent transport and installation without special equipment or dedicated machine rooms.
  • Safe Operation Control: Multiple safety protection functions with intelligent multi-variable monitoring for efficient, stable operation.
  • Fault Backup Operation: Dual-compressor design ensures continued operation if one compressor fails, maintaining system functionality.

2. Nominal heating capacity test conditions: water flow rate 0.172 m³/(h*kW), outlet water temperature 45°C, outdoor dry/wet bulb temperature 7/6°C.

3. Modular unit combinations require on-site fabrication of total water piping (not provided by factory).

4. Units can be combined in groups of 1-16 units using same or different module units.

5. Control accessories must be ordered separately and include remote controller, user manual, and connection cables.
