The vortex module-type air-cooled chilled water (heat pump) unit is based on modular technology and uses air as the cooling (heating) medium. It is an integrated central air conditioning equipment that can be used as both a cooling (heating) source and a combined unit. This unit can be combined with fan coil units, cabinet-type, ceiling-mounted air handling units, and fresh air units to form a semi-centralized air conditioning system.

 

Product features

 

1) Module combination, hierarchical startup: The unit adopts a modular design. When combining modules, there is no need to distinguish between the main and secondary machines. Installation is convenient. The maximum number of units in each group can reach 16, which can meet the load requirements of different buildings, and different series of models can be combined and controlled. The unit has a hierarchical startup function, reducing the startup current of the unit and minimizing the impact on the power grid, without affecting the safety of electrical equipment in the same area.

2) Intelligent defrosting: The unit detects multiple variables to accurately determine the frosting situation and intelligently selects the best timing to enter or exit the defrosting condition to avoid incomplete defrosting or frequent defrosting problems. The unit with a dual-system design can realize interval defrosting. In harsh environments during heating, manual defrosting can be set.

3) Flexible application: Unit expansion is convenient and suitable for phased investment. The unit is small in size and can be independently transported, without the need for large lifting and installation equipment. Just install it in a well-ventilated location, no special machine room or cooling water system is required. The end water inlet and outlet design at the unit end is more conducive to reducing the on-site installation space. The end circulation system, in addition to the traditional fixed water flow system, can also be designed as a single pump variable water flow system, and a matching water system frequency control cabinet can be purchased as an option.

4) Safe operation control: Design multiple safety protection functions to provide comprehensive protection for the unit and the system. The unit is intelligently controlled through multiple variable monitoring to ensure efficient and stable operation.

5) Fault backup operation: A single unit adopts a dual-compressor design. When one of the compressors fails, the remaining compressors in the system can still operate normally, without affecting the normal use of the entire system.

1. The test conditions for nominal cooling capacity are: water flow rate of 0.172 m³/(h·kW), outlet water temperature of 7°C, and outdoor ambient temperature of 35°C.
2. The test conditions for nominal heating capacity are: water flow rate of 0.172 m³/(h·kW), outlet water temperature of 45°C, and outdoor ambient dry/wet bulb temperature of 7/6°C.
3. The total water pipe for the modular unit combination needs to be fabricated and installed on-site. The factory does not provide it. The pipe diameter and construction must comply with the design standards.
4. When the modular unit is used in actual applications, it can be combined based on the same or different module units as needed. The number of combinations can range from 1 to 16 units.
