Holtop is proud to have been selected as the HVAC partner for a major seawater desalination plant in Oran, Algeria. This critical infrastructure project requires robust and reliable climate control solutions to protect sensitive electrical and control equipment from a highly corrosive coastal environment. In June 2024, Holtop supplied 12 customized rooftop units (RTUs)designed specifically to meet the extreme challenges of this application, ensuring uninterrupted operation and longevity of the plant's internal systems.
Desalination plants present perhaps the most severe operating conditions for HVAC equipment:
