Holtop CFA 250C Ceiling Mounted Energy Recovery Ventilators
Energy recovery ventilation (ERV) is the process of exchanging energy contained in normally exhausted building air and using it to precondition incoming outdoor ventilation air in residential and commercial HVAC systems. During warmer seasons, the system pre-cools and dehumidifies, while humidifying and pre-heating in cooler seasons. The benefit of energy recovery is the ability to meet ASHRAE ventilation and energy standards while improving indoor air quality and reducing total HVAC equipment capacity.
