Le dernier cas de société environ Holtop Delivers Advanced Digital HVAC Solution for Chongqing Sanxia People's Hospital Expansion Project

Project Overview

In July 2025, Holtop was selected to supply a fully intelligent HVAC system for the Phase I construction of the new district hospital of Chongqing Sanxia Medical College Affiliated People’s Hospital. This project represents Holtop’s 30th major contract valued in the millions during 2025, underscoring our leading position in providing high-performance HVAC systems for large-scale medical facilities.

A total of 312 sets of equipment were deployed, including:

  1. Digitally controlled fresh air handling systems
  2. Power-distributed adaptive air conditioning modules

System Features & Advantages

The hospital’s varied functional zones—such as patient wards, operating rooms, outpatient areas, and laboratories—require differentiated temperature, humidity, and ventilation control. Holtop’s solution enables dynamic and efficient management across all spaces through:

  • Smart Fresh Air Systems: Equipped with IoT-based sensors and regulators, these units monitor indoor air quality in real time, automatically adjusting fresh air volume to ensure hygiene standards while minimizing energy waste.
  • Distributed Fan Coil & Adaptive Modules: Each zone can be controlled independently, allowing precise climate adaptation to the specific needs of medical spaces. The system supports partial load operation, greatly improving energy efficiency.
  • Centralized Intelligence Platform: All units are integrated into a building management system (BMS), enabling remote monitoring, fault alerts, performance optimization, and data reporting.

Energy Efficiency & Operational Benefits

Hospitals are typically energy-intensive buildings, with HVAC systems accounting for a significant portion of total energy use. By adopting distributed drive technology and demand-based ventilation strategies, Holtop’s system helps the hospital achieve:

  1. Lower operating costs via reduced power consumption
  2. Enhanced stability and controllability of the indoor environment
  3. Compliance with green hospital standards and sustainability goals

Whether you are planning a new hospital, clinic, or laboratory facility, Holtop can provide a customized HVAC system tailored to your regional climate and operational requirements
