In August 2025, Holtop successfully secured a contract to supply HVAC systems for the Jinhua Public Security Center “Four-Facility” Relocation Project in Zhejiang Province, China. This project marks Holtop’s 36th major contract achievement in 2025.
The new center integrates detention, medical, and educational functions, requiring a highly flexible and energy-efficient climate control system. Holtop provided a total of 156 sets of advanced equipment, including:
- DC inverter-driven direct expansion AC units
- Integrated rooftop air conditioning units
- Modular air handling units
These systems were designed to meet the diverse environmental needs of different functional zones. In detention areas, robust and consistent temperature control was essential, while office and medical spaces demanded more refined comfort and air quality management. Holtop’s solution enabled both rapid air adjustment in large spaces and zoned precision control, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment while improving overall energy efficiency and operational reliability.
By deploying intelligent HVAC technologies, Holtop helped support the development of a smart, modernized detention facility benchmark that emphasizes sustainability, comfort, and safety.
