Performance Advantage:
Compared with the conventional chilled water system, the evaporation temperature of the ventilator is 8~10℃ higher, and there is no need for the secondary heat exchange of chilled water to transfer the cooling capacity, and the refrigeration energy efficiency ratio is increased by more than 30%.

Patented Heat Recovery Technology
The heat recovery efficiency is over 92%. The indoor exhaust with low temperature and low humidity is used as the cooling air of the (evaporative) condenser, which makes use of both the sensible heat (temperature difference) and latent heat (humidity difference) of the indoor exhaust. The condensation effect is much better than direct use of outdoor air as cooling air, avoiding energy loss caused by air conversion ventilation. Similarly, when the ventilation mechanism is hot, the high-temperature and high humidity air discharged from the room is used as the heat exchange heat source on the evaporator side. Compared with traditional central air conditioning systems, the fresh air load energy consumption is saved by about 50%.
Fresh Air Conditioning & Air Quality Control
The equipment directly processes fresh air introduced from outside, and discharges indoor polluted air caused by human activities and building materials outdoors. The fresh air exhaust is an independent channel. Air isolation heat exchange can meet control and regulation requirements while ensuring absolute air freshness, fundamentally eliminating cross contamination. The equipment can also be equipped with ozone disinfection, ultraviolet sterilization and high-voltage electrostatic dust removal, making it suitable for hospitals and other places with high air quality requirements.
Integrated System Design
In the transition season, fresh air is used to bear the indoor load, and only the supply and exhaust fans are operated to realize automatic ventilation without starting the compressor. There is no need to configure an independent ventilation system, making the energy-saving effect more obvious. When temperature meets design requirements but humidity cannot be met, only fresh air needs to be treated without starting the air conditioning host system.
Compact Design Advantages
The equipment is designed in an integrated structure, without outdoor unit, cooling tower and high-power cooling water pump. The power distribution of fan and water pump significantly reduces initial project investment while providing higher efficiency. The evaporative condensing unit adopts tubular evaporative condensing technology, making full use of water film evaporation on fin surfaces to realize cooling and condensation of working medium in the condenser through mass transfer and heat transfer.
Advanced Control System
The full Chinese LCD page and microcomputer intelligent controller provide advanced control with complete functions and high degree of electromechanical integration. It can realize unit start/stop program management, timing control, full-function fault alarm and fault self diagnosis. The controller has perfect automatic control function and strong anti-interference ability, with multiple protections including phase loss, phase sequence, three-phase imbalance, compressor overload, fan overload, start-up delay and abnormal exhaust pressure.
