HOLTOP Heat Recovery Fresh Air Ventilator Selected for Beijing 2026 Energy-Saving Technology Catalog

BEIJING, October 15, 2026 – HOLTOP announced that its heat recovery fresh air ventilator has been included in the Beijing Energy-Saving Technology and Product Recommendation Catalog (2026 Edition), released by the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, under the “Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems” category.

The catalog is compiled in accordance with Beijing’s implementation measures for the Energy Conservation Law of the People’s Republic of China. It is organized by the Beijing Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Center and selects entries through solicitation, expert review, and public announcement. The 2026 edition includes 33 energy-saving technologies and products covering building energy efficiency, industrial energy efficiency, data center energy efficiency, and smart energy management systems. It aims to promote energy conservation as the “first energy” and encourage energy-consuming entities to adopt advanced, applicable energy-saving technologies.

HOLTOP’s selected product is a flagship unit built on the company’s self-developed core air heat recovery technology. It features a 3D plate heat exchanger with dual independent air ducts. Based on non-contact heat transfer, the system efficiently recovers energy between fresh air and exhaust air while avoiding the risk of cross-contamination.

The unit uses high-density foam insulation to improve thermal performance and help inhibit condensation. A fresh air bypass structure allows natural fresh air to be fully utilized during transition seasons, further improving energy savings and extending the service life of core components. The product is suitable for high-quality buildings and applications with high indoor air quality requirements.

HOLTOP said the inclusion reflects authoritative recognition of the product’s energy-saving performance.
